Each resident can choose to either pay a termination fee and provide a 60 day notice to vacate or to vacate early and continue paying rent on the apartment until such time it re-rents. We have noise restrictions set up in our lease so that if you ever have a problem, our office will be able to work closely with you to resolve any noise concerns.
